Account Assistant

Sangvi Agro Pulses is looking for an Account Assistant to join its team in George Town, Chennai. 5 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹25,000/month.

Track All Invoices, Credit Notes, And Settlements For Ecommerce & Quick-Commerce Portals.Maintain An Up To Date Ageing Report Of Receivables And Identify Overdue Accounts Daily/Weekly.Proactively Follow Up With Portal Finance/Ar Teams Via Email, Phone, And Portal Tickets For:Opayment Releaseoreconciliation Of Short Payments, Deductions,. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims

Skills and qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Accounts payable, TDS, Accounts receivable, Tally
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone accurate and numerate
