Account Executive

A new Account Executive role is open at Sangvi Agro Pulses, George Town, Chennai. 3 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹15,000/month.

.Assist In Daily Accounting And Financial Operation. Follow Up With Clients/Customers For Pending Payments Maintain Payment Records And Update Outstanding Reports Prepare Invoices And Payment Reminders .Track Receivables And Ensure Timely Collections. Coordinate With Internal Departments For Payment-Related Issues. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Support month-end closing and financial reporting
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims

Salary

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Bank reconciliation, Accounts payable, MS Excel and TDS
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• An organised, accurate attitude
