What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Manage Operations, Ms Word and Record Management
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

As a Coordinator, your work will include:

• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• You will follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities

Salary

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
