The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Good Communication And Interpersonal Skills, Basic Computer Knowledge, And The Ability To Maintain Accurate Customer Records And Call Updates. Prior Experience In Telecalling, Customer Service, Or Sales Will Be Preferred. This Is A Full-Time Position Offering A Competitive Salary Along With Performance-Based Incentives. Key responsibilities

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You'll escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA.
