Handle Support Functions Like Data Entry, Record Management, And Report Preparation. Ensure Efficient Documentation And Maintain Workflow Accuracy. Assist Front-Line Teams By Managing Behind-The-Scenes Operations. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Salary

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Record keeping, Data entry, MS Office, Basic accounting
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are dependable and well spoken
