Day-to-day work

As a Claims Processor, your work will include:

• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities

Salary

The salary for this role is ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Financial products, Customer acquisition, Compliance and MS Excel
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A detail-oriented, trustworthy attitude
