We Are Looking For Field Supervisor For Our Organisation. In This Role, You Will Bridge The Gap Between Upper Management And Our Frontline Field Staff, Ensuring That All Site Activities Align With Company Objectives, Safety Standards, And Project Timelines.

Day-to-day work

In this role, you will:

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• You will identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team

Compensation

Compensation: ₹18,000 – ₹21,000 per month.

• Comfortable with Local market knowledge, Customer handling, Lead generation, Negotiation
