We Are Seeking A Highly Motivated And Experienced Field Supervisor To Join Our Team. The Field Supervisor Will Be Responsible For Opening New Self-Help Groups (Shgs), Lending Loans, And Managing Overdue Accounts. This Is A Core Field Job That Requires Extensive Travel To Cover A 20-30 Km Radius, Encompassing 10 Villages From Our Project Office. B2C | Should Have : Bike

What you will do

• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of B2c and Bike
• Basic English

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month.
