Santa Eventz & Exhibitions Private Limited has an opening for a Customer Service Executive based in Sector 53 - Gurgaon, Delhi. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month.

Job Responsibilities:* Manage And Supervise The Customer Service Team To Ensure Timely And Effective Resolution Of Customer Queries.* Develop And Implement Customer Service Policies, Procedures, And Service Standards.* Handle Escalated Customer Complaints Related To Loan Services, Repayment Issues, And Account Queries.* Monitor Team Performanc. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Your responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Presentation, Local market knowledge, Lead generation, CRM
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A persuasive, confident attitude
