Santa Eventz & Exhibitions Private Limited has an opening for a Customer Support Executive based in Sector 20 - Gurgaon, Delhi. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month. 10 candidates will be hired for this role.

Roles and responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of English, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Outbound, Tamil and Telugu
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
