Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include Precise Fish Fabrication, Expert Sushi Rice Seasoning, And The Artistic Plating Of Fresh Maki And Sashimi. Furthermore, You Will Expertly Prepare Traditional Dim Sum Doughs, Craft Complex Fillings, And Execute Delicate Folding Techniques For High-Volume Service. You Will Also Be Expected To Maintain Rigorous Station Mise En Place, Enforce Strict Raw Food Hygiene Protocols, And Mentor Junior Culinary Staff. What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Handle billing, reservations and guest feedback
• Resolve guest concerns politely and quickly
• You will keep service areas clean, stocked and presentable.
• Maintain hygiene, grooming and FSSAI standards

What you get

Salary: ₹17,000 – ₹22,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
