The Role Involves Managing The Mds Calendar, Travel, Meetings, And Confidential Communication, While Coordinating With Internal Teams, Clients, And Board Members. The Ea Will Also Handle Mis Reports, Presentations, Documentation And Office Operations. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month.

Skills and qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with Data entry, Record keeping, Typing, MS Office
• Female Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• You'll coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
