Sanwriya Seth Holidays is looking for a Telecaller to join its team in Panchkula, Chandigarh. The pay goes up to ₹20,000/month. There are 3 open positions.

Make Or Receive Calls To Assist Customers With Inquiries, Complaints, Or Purchases. Maintain Detailed Records Of Interactions And Escalate Unresolved Issues. Deliver Excellent Customer Service While Meeting Performance Metrics. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

As a Telecaller, your work will include:

• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status
• You will log every interaction and its outcome in the support system.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Typing speed, Verbal communication, CRM tools, Complaint handling
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone polite and patient
