Looking For A Smart, Experienced And Presentable Executive Secretary To Assist The Director With Daily Work, Calls, Meetings And Coordination. Fluent English, Good Communication And Computer/Ms Office Skills Required. Own Vehicle Is Mandatory. Candidate Should Be Responsible, Punctual, Trustworthy And Well-Groomed. Prior Experience Preferred. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

As an Executive Secretary, your work will include:

• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month.

Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with MS Office, Email etiquette, Typing, Data entry
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
