Assistant Hr Manager

Sarvatra Shiksha Samiti is looking for an Assistant Hr Manager to join its team in Boring Road, Patna. You can earn up to ₹14,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

Your responsibilities

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• You'll ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles.
• You'll support payroll, attendance and leave management.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Screening, MS Excel, Recruitment, Payroll
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and good communicator

Compensation

Compensation: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000 per month.
