Customer Support Coordinator

Sarvppratham developers is looking for a Customer Support Coordinator to join its team in Thane, Mumbai. Salary is up to ₹30,000/month. 2 candidates will be hired for this role.

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• You will identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• You'll build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• You'll record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
• Skills: Negotiation, Target achievement, Presentation, Local market knowledge
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A confident, self-motivated attitude

What you get

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
