The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Managing Customer Relationships And Assisting In The Sales Process For Health Insurance Policies Through Crm Systems. Day-to-day work

• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant
• Meet quality, call-handling and satisfaction targets
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You will follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy

Eligibility

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Domestic, Hindi, Inbound, Outbound, Sales
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Pay and perks

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
