Billing Executive

Sathya combines is looking for a Billing Executive to join its team in Thammanam, Kochi. 2 candidates will be hired for this role. You can earn up to ₹25,000/month.

Handle Customer Billing, Process Payments, And Manage Cash Registers. Maintain Accurate Records Of Transactions And Resolve Billing Discrepancies. Provide Excellent Customer Service During Payment Interactions. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Accounts receivable, GST, Accounts payable and TDS
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are numerate and accurate

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• You will support month-end closing and financial reporting.
• You will prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns.
• You'll process invoices, payments and expense claims.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation

Compensation

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
