Roles and responsibilities

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• You'll prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Email, Handling Invoices, Internet Surfing, Manage Operations, Procurement
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
