Eligibility

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Comfortable with > 30 Wpm Typing Speed, Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Email, Handling Invoices, Ms Power Point, Procurement, Quotation Management
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Your responsibilities

As a Purchase Manager (Navision Software..., your work will include:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
