The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Maintaining Inventory Records, Updating Data In Excel, Handling Customer Inquiries Via Phone And Whatsapp, And Supporting Day-To-Day Office Operations. Basic Excel, Internet Surfing | Skills Needed : Computer

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

What we are looking for

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Education: 12th Pass
