Roles and responsibilities

As a Call Center Executive, your work will include:

• Share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• You'll identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory.

Salary and benefits

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹21,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
