Handling Of Phone Calls, Emails And Couriers. Maintain Register & Monitor Reception Area. Talking To Customers. Add On Of Incentive As Per Monthly Targets. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

In this role, you will:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You will greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.

Candidate profile

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: 12th Pass
• Skills: Typing, MS Office, Data entry, Basic accounting
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are detail-oriented and well spoken

Compensation

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
