We Are Looking For A Dynamic And Result-Oriented Development Manager To Recruit, Develop, And Manage A Team Of Life Mitras/Insurance Advisors. The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Driving Sales Through The Agency Channel, Achieving Business Targets, And Ensuring Productivity And Retention Of Advisors. , Or Financial Services Preferred. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Follow company processes and safety guidelines
• Maintain a professional attitude with customers and colleagues
• You'll complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with your supervisor and team members
• You'll raise issues early and suggest practical fixes.
• Keep simple daily records of your work

Compensation

Salary: ₹23,500 – ₹35,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Problem solving, Teamwork, Communication and Time management
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are reliable and well organised
