Scanning And Digitising Documents Accurately And Systematically This Will Be The Primary Responsibility. Organising And Maintaining Physical And Digital Client Files. Naming, Saving And Arranging Scanned Documents In The Appropriate Folders. Delivering And Collecting Files/Documents From Clients Nearby. Basic Excel

Compensation

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹11,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What the job involves

In this role, you will:

• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will manage files, documents and office correspondence.

• Education: 12th Pass
• Good knowledge of Basic Excel
