Welcome Visitors, Answer Calls, And Manage Front Desk Activities Efficiently. Maintain Records Of Appointments, Messages, And Visitor Logs. Assist With Inquiries While Ensuring A Professional And Friendly Demeanor. Will Have To Make 50 Calls Per Day.

Salary and benefits

Compensation: ₹22,000 – ₹23,000 per month.

Eligibility

• Open to freshers
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Data entry, Email etiquette, MS Office, Typing
• Female Only
• Good English
• Freshers can apply
• Someone organised and well spoken

Day-to-day work

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks.
• You'll greet visitors and manage front-desk calls.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
