Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel

Candidate profile

• No prior experience needed — freshers can apply
• Tenth Pass or equivalent
• Comfortable with Advanced Excel, Basic Excel, Computer, Email, Ms Word, Tally
• Basic English
• Freshers can apply

Compensation

You will be paid ₹7,500 – ₹16,000 per month.
