Coordination With The A/C For Duty Payments, Shipping Line Payments And Suppliers Payment. Prepare Purchase Order, Maintain Shipment, Inventory Records. Asked For Quotation And Negotiate Rates With Listed Freight Forwarder And Verify The Invoice. Prepare Re-Import / Re Export Documentations And Waybill Issuance. Respond To Queries From Forwarders And Cha. Checklists Verify And Approval Of Cha. Arrange Shipping Line Delivery Order From Shipping Line / Through Odex. Maintain Container Tracking Report On Daily Basis And Dsr Send To Sr. Authority. Coordination With Foreign Suppliers Regarding Shipment Matter. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Handling Invoices, Record Management, Quotation Management

Day-to-day work

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• You will coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs.
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
