Checking The Proforma Invoice Upon Received From Foreign Suppliers. Checking Bl / Awb Forwarder / Shipper. Coordinate With Cha, Forwarders And Warehouse Team For Timely Clearance. Coordination With The A/C For Duty Payments, Shipping Line Payments And Suppliers Payment. Prepare Purchase Order, Maintain Shipment, Inventory Records. Asked For Quotation And Negotiate Rates With Listed Freight Forwarder And Verify The Invoice. Prepare Re-Import / Re Export Documentations And Waybill Issuance. Respond To Queries From Forwarders And Cha. Checklists Verify And Approval Of Cha. Arrange Shipping Line Delivery Order From Shipping Line / Through Odex. Maintain Container Tracking Report On Daily Basis And Dsr Send To Sr. Authority. Coordination With Foreign Suppliers Regarding Shipment Matter. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Quotation Management, Handling Invoices, Procurement

What the job involves

• You will handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks

What you get

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
