What the job involves

As a Guest Relations Executive, your work will include:

• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence

• Good knowledge of Data entry, Typing, Email etiquette and MS Office
