Handling Enquiries, Making Quotations, Coordination With Client And Production Team Regarding Orders And Dispatch, Payment Follow Up. Documentation Related To Enquiry And Order Process. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: Record keeping, Data entry, Basic accounting, MS Office
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Roles and responsibilities

• You'll manage files, documents and office correspondence.
• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs
