We Are Looking For An Experienced Hr & Admin Assistant Manager To Handle A Diverse Range Of Human Resources, Administrative, And Operational Tasks. The Ideal Candidate Will Have Strong Leadership Skills, Excellent Attention To Detail, And The Ability To Work Closely With Management To Drive Organizational Goals. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Coordinate performance reviews and training

Salary

Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Comfortable with Labour law basics, HRMS, Screening, Payroll
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and people-oriented
