We Are Looking For A Government Project Coordinator / Hr & Operations Executive Responsible For Managing Government, Banking, And Cyber Security Project Activities. The Role Includes Handling Gem Portal And Tender-Related Work, Preparing Proposals, Quotations, Documents, Certificates, And Project Reports. Candidates Will Manage Client Communication, Email Drafting, Follow-Ups, And Coordination With Government And Corporate Clients. Responsible For Recruitment Activities, Candidate Screening, Interview Coordination, Hr Documentation, Employee Records, And Office Operations. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Good Communication Skills, Documentation Knowledge, Ms Office Skills, And The Ability To Manage Multiple Responsibilities Efficiently. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

Your main tasks will be to:

• Coordinate performance reviews and training
• Support payroll, attendance and leave management
• You'll ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records

Candidate profile

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with MS Excel, Screening, HRMS, Payroll
• Male Only
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone good communicator and confidential

Compensation

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month.
