Handle Purchase Invoices, Debit Notes, Expense Bills, And Maintain Purchase Records. Verify Po, Grn, Supplier Invoices, And Vendor Accounts. Perform Vendor Reconciliation And Payment Follow-Up. Manage Sales Invoices, Customer Receipts, Sales Records, And Outstanding Follow-Ups. Maintain Ledger Accounts, Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliation, Gst/Tds Support, Vouchers, And Accounting Documents. Prepare Mis Reports And Coordinate With Purchase, Sales, Stores & Finance Teams. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : GST, Tally, TDS | Book Keeping, Taxation

Salary and benefits

You will be paid ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Book Keeping, Gst, Tally, Taxation, Tds
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Skills Needed: GST, Tally, TDS
• Book Keeping, Taxation
• Someone numerate and organised

What the job involves

Your main tasks will be to:

• Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers
• You will process invoices, payments and expense claims.
• You'll coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor and customer accounts.
