Manage Textile/Garment Procurement Including Yarn, Fabric, Dyes, Chemicals, Trims, Packing Materials And Consumables. Source Suppliers Based On Quality, Price And Delivery. Obtain Quotations, Negotiate Rates, Payment Terms And Delivery Schedules, And Prepare Purchase Orders. Follow Up With Vendors For Timely Delivery And Resolve Quality, Quantity, Shortage And Delay Issues. Coordinate With Production, Stores, Quality, Accounts And Planning Teams. Verify Pos, Invoices, Challans And Material Receipts. Maintain Supplier, Quotation, Po And Delivery Records. Monitor Pending Orders, Stock Requirements And Supplier Performance. Support Cost Reduction And Ensure Materials Meet Quality Specifications. Prepare Purchase Reports And Mis Using Ms Excel/Erp. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Basic Excel, Quotation Management
