Company: Pbpartners Job Responsibilities: Recruit And Onboard Insurance Agents In Assigned Territory Guide And Support Agents To Generate Business Conduct Field Visits For Agent Engagement & Training Motivate Agents To Achieve Monthly Sales Targets Assist Agents In Product Understanding & Policy Processing Achieve Targets.

Day-to-day work

• You will explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• You will verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.
