Salary and benefits

The salary for this role is ₹25,050 – ₹30,050 per month.

Day-to-day work

• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Graduate or equivalent
• Skills: KYC, Customer acquisition, Financial products, Compliance
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone ethical and trustworthy
