• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Comfortable with Customer acquisition, MS Excel, Financial products, Documentation
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Compensation: ₹20,500 – ₹27,800 per month.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• You'll verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
