Day-to-day work

• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently.

Compensation

Salary: ₹24,990 – ₹3,09,990 per month, based on skills and experience.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Skills: Customer acquisition, Documentation, Compliance, MS Excel
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• A persuasive, detail-oriented attitude
