Work From Assigned Bank Branch, Interact With Walk-In Customers, Cross-Sell Life Insurance Products, Build Strong Relationships With Bank Staff, Achieve Sales Targets, And Ensure Smooth Customer Onboarding And Documentation. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

As a Business Development Manager, your work will include:

• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets
• Build long-term relationships with existing clients
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Explain products and offers clearly and handle objections
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Lead generation, Presentation, Target achievement and CRM
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone confident and persuasive

Salary

Salary: ₹20,500 – ₹25,850 per month, based on skills and experience.
