- Make Outbound Calls To Leads Generated Via Meta/Google Campaigns And Other Sources- Pitch Project Details, Qualify Leads, And Schedule Site Visits- Maintain Accurate Call/Lead Data And Follow-Up Schedules In Crm/Excel- Coordinate With Sales Managers For Lead Handover And Status Updates- Achieve Daily/Weekly Calling And Site-Visit. Type : Sales, Outbound, Mutual Funds | Marketing | Languages : Hindi, English | Preferred Experience In : Real Estate

What you will do

• Log every interaction and its outcome in the support system
• You'll follow call scripts and update customers on ticket status.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, chats or emails
• You'll resolve queries and complaints with patience and accuracy.
• Escalate complex cases to the right team within the SLA
• Identify upsell opportunities where relevant

What we are looking for

• Freshers are welcome to apply
• 12th Pass or equivalent
