Shakti Electronics is looking for a Debt Recovery Agent to join its team in Ram Nagar, Nagpur. There are 8 open positions. The pay goes up to ₹22,000/month.

Compensation

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Roles and responsibilities

• You'll follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue.
• Manage collections and track overdue accounts
• Source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing customers
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently.
• Comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms

What we are looking for

• Ideal for freshers starting their career
• Below 10th or equivalent
• Good knowledge of Hindi and Marathi
• Male Only
• No English required
• Freshers can apply
• Languages: Marathi, Hindi
• Someone ethical and persuasive
