Join Shakti Legal Compliance India as a Compliance Executive in Okhla Industrial Area, Delhi. 3 candidates will be hired for this role. Salary is up to ₹40,000/month.

Ensure Labour Law Compliance Including Pf, Esi, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, Clra, Shops & Establishment And Factory Act. Monitor Client Compliance, Statutory Registers, Contractor Compliance, Returns And Filings. Conduct Audits, Identify Gaps And Risks, And Recommend Corrective Actions. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Day-to-day work

• Raise issues early and suggest practical fixes
• You will complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
• Coordinate with your supervisor and team members
• Follow company processes and safety guidelines
• Maintain a professional attitude with customers and colleagues
• Keep simple daily records of your work

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

What we are looking for

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Problem solving, Time management, Teamwork and Basic computer use
• Good English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well organised and reliable
