Manage Crm Data, Contact And Follow Up With Leads Via Calls, Whatsapp And Email, Understand Customer Needs, Coordinate With Sales, Track Enquiries And Opportunities, Maintain Records, Prepare Reports, Handle Queries, Support Customer Retention, And Achieve Monthly Crm And Engagement Targets. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Languages : English

Pay and perks

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on skills and experience.

Key responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Build long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and approach new customers in the assigned territory
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers.
• Share market and competitor feedback with the team
