Executive Assistant To Director Needed In Lajpat Nagar, Delhi. 3-5 Years Experience In Ea/Pa/Admin. Must Be Excellent At Follow-Ups, Coordination, Excel, Word, Email Drafting And Task Tracking. Honest, Mature, Dependable And Comfortable Handling Official Plus Occasional Personal Work. Married Candidate Preferred. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

The salary for this role is ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

Roles and responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• Schedule meetings and support senior staff with admin tasks
• Manage files, documents and office correspondence
• Greet visitors and manage front-desk calls
• You will prepare reports and letters in MS Word and Excel.
• Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stationery, housekeeping and vendor needs

Who can apply

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• 12th Pass or equivalent
• Good knowledge of MS Office, Email etiquette, Record keeping and Typing
• Female Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• Someone well spoken and detail-oriented
