Shankar Ramchandra Infra Pvt. Ltd. wants to bring on an Executive Hr for its Kothrud, Pune team. The pay goes up to ₹30,000/month.

Responsible For Recruitment, Onboarding, Attendance Management, Leave Records, Payroll Coordination, Erp Hr Module Updates, Employee Documentation, Statutory Compliance, Performance Support, And Maintaining Employee Records While Ensuring Smooth Hr Operations Across Project Sites. More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

What you will do

• You will manage onboarding, documentation and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws.
• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Source, screen and schedule candidates for open roles

Skills and qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Education: 12th Pass
• Comfortable with Labour law basics, Screening, Recruitment, HRMS
• Male Only
• Basic English
• More Than 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Salary

Compensation: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month.
