Shaping Metals is hiring an Accountant/ Accounts Executive in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. Salary is up to ₹25,000/month.

Handle Daily Accounting And Financial Entries.Manage Cash, Receipts, Payments, And Invoices.Maintain Accurate Records Of Sales, Expenses, And Customer Payments.Coordinate With Customers Regarding Payments And Outstanding Amounts.After Receiving Payment, Coordinate With The Factory/Gallery Team To Ensure Materials Are Processed And Delivered To The Customer On Time.Prepare Daily, Weekly, And Monthly Reports.Maintain Proper Documentation And Supporting Records.Coordinate With The Internal Team For. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory. | Skills Needed : Tally, GST | Book Keeping

Your responsibilities

• You will maintain day-to-day books of accounts and ledgers.
• Track receivables and payables and follow up on dues
• Coordinate with auditors and maintain proper documentation
• Process invoices, payments and expense claims
• Prepare and file GST, TDS and other statutory returns
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting

Salary

You will be paid ₹13,000 – ₹25,000 per month.

Candidate profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Book Keeping, Gst and Tally
• Female Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

• You are numerate and accurate
