The Hr & Admin Executive Will Be Responsible For Supporting The Day-To-Day Hr Operations And Administrative Activities Of The Organization. The Role Includes Recruitment Support, Employee Lifecycle Management, Statutory Compliance, Attendance And Leave Management, Employee Engagement, Office Administration, And Coordination With Internal Department. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Skills and qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Education: Graduate
• Good knowledge of Labour law basics, Recruitment, HRMS and Screening
• Female Only
• Good English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are organised and people-oriented

• Handle employee queries and engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with PF, ESI and labour laws
• You'll coordinate performance reviews and training.
• Manage onboarding, documentation and employee records
