Follow Up With Customers Through Calls, Emails, And Visits For Outstanding Payments.Maintain Records Of Customer Communications And Payment Commitments.Coordinate With The Accounts And Sales Teams To Resolve Payment-Related Issues.Prepare Daily, Weekly, And Monthly Collection Reports.Ensure Timely Recovery Of Dues And Minimize Bad Debts.Update. 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.

Eligibility

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Minimum qualification: Graduate
• Skills: Documentation, MS Excel, Compliance, KYC
• Male Only
• Basic English
• 1 - 2 Years Experience Compulsory.
• You are persuasive and ethical

Key responsibilities

Here is what a typical day looks like:

• You will manage collections and track overdue accounts.
• Follow up on applications until disbursal or policy issue
• You will source and onboard customers for loans, accounts or insurance products.
• Verify KYC documents and complete application formalities.
• Explain product features, charges and terms transparently
• You'll comply with RBI/IRDAI guidelines and internal audit norms.

What you get

You will be paid ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month.
