Shastra It Services is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join its team in Prahaladapuram, Visakhapatnam. Salary is up to ₹12,000/month.

Roles and responsibilities

Your main tasks will be to:

• Prepare quotations and close deals with decision makers
• Record visits, calls and orders in the CRM or daily report.
• You will share market and competitor feedback with the team.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• You'll build long-term relationships with existing clients.
